We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused Dental Sterilization Assistant to help keep our dental office running smoothly. No dental experience is required! We are happy to train the right person who has a positive attitude, is eager to learn, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean, disinfect, package, and sterilize dental instruments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sterilization area.
• Prepare treatment rooms for patients and efficiently flip rooms between appointments.
• Assist with documenting clinical notes and other dental charting as directed and within the scope of training.
• Restock supplies and help maintain an organized clinical environment.
• Follow infection control, safety, and patient confidentiality guidelines.
• Support the dental team with additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

• No dental experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced dental office.
