The following skills are preferred
- Proficient in irrigation systems and landscape maintenance techniques
- Knowledge of power tools and hand tools used in maintenance work
- Experience in groundskeeping, garden, and landscape maintenance
- Familiarity with lawn care practices, including mowing, trimming, and fertilizing
- Ability to diagnose and repair common maintenance issues
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to follow direction for given duties, work independently and carry them out in a timely and professional manner

- Perform regular maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of equipment and systems
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the property, including landscaping and groundskeeping
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or residents
- Mow, trim, rake, edge, aerate, and water Turfgrass, light building maintenance.
- Top dress, seed, and sod lawns.
- Weed, till, edge, and mulch where needed
- Plant and prune trees and shrubs.
- Plant and maintain flowerbeds.
- Keep records of grounds keeping activities.
- Assist with other projects, such as installing and repairing signs, fences.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment

- Some heavy lifting
- Frequent kneeling, squatting, standing
- Occasionally working in inclimate weather
