Position Summary/Job Duties:
Function as a student study coordinator / study coordinator in training role, which may include: • Assisting with data monitoring and reconciliation using Oncore • Assisting with creation and maintenance of study/regulatory binders • Assisting with creation and maintenance of subject documentation • Data entry • Collecting and maintaining staff CVs • Updating and maintaining training logs • Supply inventory/equipment inventory • Audit data and study/regulatory binders • Providing assistance to potential research participants, including consenting and completing health surveys • Lending a hand for miscellaneous tasks on-site at UW Hospital (mail distribution, filing/organizing, etc.) • Ensuring confidentiality of information under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) • Maintaining HIPAA compliance with protected health information related to the duties described at all times • Assisting MIRS team with creation of research documents needed for research projects. This could include completing scanner time requests, assisting with imaging manual creation, updating REDCap entries, creating case report forms (CRF), flyers, making consent form packets/distributing, etc.
