Department Overview:
The Department of Chemistry is nationally recognized for excellence in education and research. Receiving $25 million in research funding annually, the Department employs approximately 40 faculty, 120 staff, 50 postdoctoral scholars, 375 graduate students, and 120 student workers.

Schedule:
Summer: Up to 30 hours per week. Fall: 5 - 15 hours per week. Schedule of hours will be determined up on hire, based on worker availability between the hours of 8am and 4pm, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills are required. No prior office experiences is needed.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
- Customer service experience - Effective communication skills - Strong attention to detail - Ability to work independently - Proficiency with MS Office products
Position Summary/Job Duties:
Greeting and assisting visitors, answering department phone line, assisting with data and records management.
