Department Overview:
The Compensation Center of Excellence (CCoE) within the Office of Human Resource supports all University of Wisconsin–Madison HR professionals and other campus stakeholders for compensation-related policies, procedures, and best practices. Through consultation and information dissemination, we assist the UW–Madison to anticipate and meet the human resources demands of a changing educational environment. This role involves supporting our compensation team with administrative tasks, data entry, auditing, and report generation. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, ability to learn compensation processes, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
