Digital Services is responsible for the digitization and provision of access to the Wisconsin Historical Society's online collections.

Schedule:
8-20 hours a week Help is needed during normal business hours: 8AM-5 PM Monday-Friday. Schedules are flexible.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
Attention to detail. Experience with digitization equipment Experience with MS Excel
Position Summary/Job Duties:
Task include, but are not limited to the following: Digitizing collection materials using flatbed scanner Create metadata for digitized materials and prepare them for online access
Physical Demands:
Ability to life up to 40 pounds and/or push a wheeled cart full of collections materials. Most task require regular use of computers and digitization equipment, so the ability to sit for long periods of times is required.
