Qualifications:
Must be current graduate student at UW-Madison. Successful candidates should have strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Individuals should have strong interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, and strong technical background and skills. Preference for candidates who have experience supervising a team as well as preference for candidates with scholarship administration and/or financial aid experience.

Position Summary/Job Duties:
50% - Lead training, onboarding, and support efforts for Wisconsin Scholarship Hub (WiSH) users, forging new partnerships and maintaining existing relationships with key scholarship stakeholders across campus. 20% - Manage WiSH Student Team (1-2 undergraduate students), including hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating team members. 15% - Contribute to the planning and implementation of strategic scholarship policies and practices rolled out to campus scholarship community. 15% - Help manage scholarship service account, answering inquiries from students, parents, scholarship administrators, etc.
