Department Overview:
The Division of Continuing Studies (DCS) serves the lifelong learning mission of UW-Madison. The Division is the admitting unit for Special Students, houses the Adult Career and Special Student Services programs, and is home to the teams that support campus partners like Summer Term, Professional Degrees and Certificates, and the UW-Madison Online programs.

Minimum: 10 Maximum: 20
Schedule:
10 hours per week or more. Student Interns should plan to work in increments of 3 hours or more for each shift, typically within regular working hours (9am-5pm) on weekdays.

Minimum: $15.00 Maximum: $15.00

Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled as a student - Ability to work remotely as part of a team - Ability to work as part of a team and on individual projects - Excellent time management skills - Customer service experience preferred - Project management experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
- Comfortability talking with prospective students on the phone - Ability to follow data collection and outreach processes - Self-motivated to ask questions and adapt to continuously updating processes and projects
Position Summary/Job Duties:
The Recruitment Strategies Team is constantly creating new processes, trying new tactics, and adapting to new best practices. Job duties may change over time. The Recruitment Strategies Intern will have the opportunity to participate in and drive that change to build skills. Job duties will include but are not limited to: - Consistent outreach to prospective students of the UW-Madison PDC and Online Undergraduate programs - Conducting research on competitor programs - Scheduling meetings between prospective students and Enrollment Coaches - Data management/mining/auditing (Salesforce, maybe Tableau or other systems) - Managing workflows within the Recruitment Strategies Team's CRM (Salesforce) - Other duties as applicable
