Department Overview:
The events unit within the DDEEA is in charge of planning and executing large-scale events for students, staff, campus partners, and the Madison community. Events range from DDEEA Kickback, Diversity Forum, and DDEEA Graduation to many more exciting projects.

Schedule:
To be arranged with your assigned supervisor. Would be in-person work that aligned with your supervisor's hours.

Qualifications:
Must be enrolled as a UW-Madison undergraduate student. Employment will require UW-Madison to verify your identity and employment eligibility. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
Inventory management, basic excel skills/administrative skills
Position Summary/Job Duties:
- Managing inventory - Responding to supplies requests - Prepping for events (nametags, registration, etc.) at small and large scale events - Brainstorming in icebreakers and collaborative events - Onsite set up when possible - More assignments as requested
