Schedule:
10-15 hours/week Monday-Friday. Hours to be determined by student school semester schedule. We are looking for students who will be available during the summer months and portions of holiday breaks.

Qualifications:
This position will report to the Internal Operations Department within the Office of Human resources. This position requires a reliable individual with good customer service and computer skills.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
*Excellent written and verbal skills *Ability to multitask *MS Office suite experience **Knowledge of and ability to use spreadsheets and database software
Position Summary/Job Duties:
The student will assist the Office of Human Resources in processing documents and with customer service. The duties will include scanning of documents and linking them to employee files. The position will also be responsible for assisting at the front desk answering telephones and helping walk-in customers.
