Department Overview:

The Wellik Lab is in the Department of Cell and Regenerative Biology within the School of Medicine and Public Health.

Qualifications:

Undergraduate in pursuit of a degree in the areas of Biology, Genetics, Biochemistry or related field.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

The ideal candidate will have good communication skills. Familiarity with a lab environment and the basics of cell and molecular biology are desired, but not required. We will provide training as needed.

Position Summary/Job Duties:

Assisting with lab maintenance and chores (dishwashing, autoclaving, etc.) and genotyping. Opportunity to learn basic lab skills and techniques.
