Department Overview:

The Facility Group is fast paced and team orientated operating with a goal focused approach. We are seeking a candidate with a strong professional presence, excellent organization skills, attention to detail and a superior customer service focus. The Facilities Group provides critical services for College of Engineering faculty, staff, and students. The individual must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to work with multiple groups in the College including faculty staff and students. Excellent organizational and time management skills are also crucial. The position requires an individual who can handle a variety of tasks and is also willing to be physically active as required for certain assignments and tasks.

Position Summary/Job Duties:

This position is located in the College of Engineering Facilities Group. It will be responsible for a variety of tasks as well as providing day-to-day assistance to the Facilities Group. The position will provide support in the mail and shipping offices, assist with the organization of different spaces, and help with various moves of furniture, files and small equipment. This position offers variety, independence and the chance to get to know the Engineering Department buildings through active tasks in support of its overall operation.

Physical Demands:

This position required the ability to lift 50 lbs with or without an accommodation.
