Department Overview:
The Administrative Transformation Program is transforming the finance, human resources and research administration support environment across the UW-System, including the implementation of a new Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) system (Workday) and the Huron Research Suite to support the changes.

Qualifications:
All applicants must be current students at an institution of higher education, with being registered for classes in Fall 2025. Applicants do not need to be registered for classes during Summer 2025.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
Speak fluent English, basic computer skills, phone skills, proactive, detail oriented, organized.
Position Summary/Job Duties:
Greet staff, contractors, consultants, and visitors. Take phone calls and messages. Assist with Operations team projects and tasks.
