Schedule:
Partially remote, some on-site duties such as event planning and supporting the Assistant Director. Flexible schedule, will work with students to create a schedule that works for them.

Qualifications:
Excellent oral and writing skills, organized, works productively as a team member and independently and is motivated to look for additional areas to assist.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 software (Word, Excel & PowerPoint). Great organization and project management skills.
Position Summary/Job Duties:
Event planning and organizing, submitting staff and student reimbursements, coordinate travel, meetings, events, reporting and monitoring subscriptions, memberships and travel expenses.
Physical Demands:
Must be able to lift 30 to 40lbs
