Qualifications:

Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Suite is required.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Basic knowledge of office procedures and administrative tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
Ability to prioritize, manage time, and work independently
Reliable, punctual, and able to handle confidential information professionally

Position Summary/Job Duties:

The Administrative Student Help position supports the administrative team by assisting with general office tasks and facility support. Office responsibilities include responding to emails, maintaining records, filing, word processing, updating spreadsheets, and data entry. The student will also assist with special projects, package deliveries, travel and reimbursement processes, as well as office cleaning and organization. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a professional office environment.

Physical Demands:

Must be able to occasionally lift objects weighing approximately 50 lbs.
