Schedule:

Flexible scheduling around classes and other activities.
Strong preference for availability between 4:00 - 4:30 PM every weekday.
Preferred summer availability, but not required.

Qualifications:

Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Suite is preferred
Ability to balance academic and job responsibilities
Ability to work independently and in a team setting

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Ability to learn new software programs
Organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills

Position Summary/Job Duties:

Assist in front desk operations and administrative support at Russell Labs.
Assist with taking inventory and ordering office supplies for the building.
Perform general office duties including but not limited to answering phones, monitoring and responding to email, maintaining records, filing, updating spreadsheets, data entry and special projects.
Assist with office and mailroom organization, including:
- Mail sorting, delivery, and outgoing postage (USPS).
- Office inventory and supply management.
- Notify recipients of perishable packages.
- Maintaining cleanliness and functionality of the mailroom and shared spaces.
Maintain Russell Labs bulletin boards.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Physical Demands:

Preferred ability to occasionally lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs, though not required
