Department Overview:
The Department of Real Estate & Urban Land Economics is home to the top ranked undergraduate Real Estate program in the nation. It serves over 650 undergraduate students and over 50 MS and MBA students, with a vast alumni network.

Schedule:
10-15 hours per week and up to 20 hours over the summer. Schedule is flexible, based on employee's academic schedule. Must be able to work during the summer of 2026 with employment extending into the 2026-27 school year.

Qualifications:
Excellent oral and written communication skills, organized with ability to prioritize tasks, ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
Proficient with Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with Workday a plus but not required.
Position Summary/Job Duties:
Submitting employee reimbursements, reconciling purchasing card transactions, coordinating travel and parking for guests, assisting with room booking, event planning and organizing, general office duties, assist with other departments and Centers as needed.
