Position Summary/Job Duties:

-Join our Youth Summer Arts Camp as an Administrative Assistant Intern! This role provides administrative and camper support for 10 weeks of full-time Visual Arts camp programming, plus an additional week of training prior to the start of Camp.
-The Administrative Assistant is expected to supervise camper check-in, check-out and transitions; track student attendance and registration; update and print out Camp syllabi, rosters and other forms; provide one-on-one support for Campers who need breaks; photograph camps and track photo permissions.
-The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for running the daily half hour lunch break between camp sessions during which students eat and socialize.
