Department Overview:
The ADRC Consortium for Clarity in ADRD Research Through Imaging (CLARiTI) is an exciting study that will move us towards better understanding, treatment, and prevention of Alzheimer's disease and related dementias (ADRD). CLARiTI’s mission is to uncover the intersecting causes of memory and thinking problems. Our administrative team strives to ensure seamless coordination, efficient management, and impactful execution of this multi-site consortium focused on advancing the understanding of ADRD. Through collaboration, integrity, and a shared commitment to excellence, we aim to support the research efforts at all CLARiTI sites.

Qualifications:
-Undergraduate at UW-Madison -Ability to at least 10 hours per week during business hours -Interest in public health/biomedical sciences/regulatory affairs/research administration or related fields is preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
-Preferred: -Experience with data entry/quality assurance -Familiarity with REDCap -Familiarity with document control, SOPs, or regulated workflows -Experience with meeting logistics and professional correspondence -Experience with Florence eBinders
Position Summary/Job Duties:
-Manage regulatory files and apply file naming conventions; identify outdated or misplaced files and update them as directed. -Track receipt of required regulatory documents from study sites (e.g., IRB approvals, delegations, CVs, training certificates). -Maintain tracking spreadsheets/databases with accurate status updates. -Conduct basic data entry/quality checks; generate simple Excel/Word reports. -Follow SOPs and confidentiality protocols; escalate issues promptly. -Support special projects related to TMF cleanup, or workflow improvements.
