Qualifications:

 Completion of RE 410 (RE Finance); RE 411 (Excel) and RE 412 (Argus) with an A or B.
 Strong communication skills and listening skills. Ability to explain course concepts to students.
 Reliable, detail-oriented, strong organization skills, ability to prioritize projects and meet deadlines.
 Ability to enable students to define their own goals and strategies for achieving these goals.
• Willingness to complete training to understand the components of writing excellent resumes and cover letters so you can advise and assist RE undergraduates.
• Experience looking for and completing internship(s).

Position Summary/Job Duties:

 Meet with RE undergraduate students to tutor them in concepts and skills taught in RE 410 (RE Finance); RE 411 (Excel) and RE 412 (Argus).
 Assist with Center operations, including data collection and analysis using Excel and Access, administrative activities such as coordinating the Mentor Program, mailings, fact checking, handle event registrations, and other administrative tasks.
 Complete training to understand the components of writing excellent resumes and cover letters so you can advise and assist RE undergraduates.
 Write blogs on real estate field trips, club meetings and case competitions. Possibly assist with social media updates on LinkedIn. Update event/news webpage using WordPress. Work with staff to review web pages for consistency and missing information.
 Assist Graduate Track Directors with a variety of tasks related to the Real Estate MS and MBA.
