UW CIPE is a University Center established in 2016 and is supported by the University Health Sciences Leadership Council (the UW Provost Office, and the Deans of the four health sciences schools – School of Medicine and Public Health (SMPH), School of Nursing, School of Pharmacy, and School of Veterinary Medicine). Schedule:
The CIPE is open to remote asynchronous work on particular projects. There will be in-person events that will require time in the office after 5pm, typically on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday evenings. These events usually run between 3:30pm-8:00pm including set up and clean up.

Qualifications:
UW Madison Student - Professional/Graduate Student or Undergraduate Student, preferably interested in the health or social sciences.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
Required knowledge in using Microsoft Office, Canvas, Zoom, and other UW-Madison platforms. Preferred skills include knowledge of Qualtrics, Survey Monkey, Canva, and Word Press, but not required. Should have strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines, as well as comfortable working independently.
Position Summary/Job Duties:
The administrative support may include but not limited to assisting with planning/organizing UW CIPE events, including set up and clean up; scheduling meetings; assisting with report development, presentations, publications; taking meeting notes; helping maintain the UW CIPE website and social media; and other tasks as assigned by the UW CIPE Team.
