Department Overview:
The Office of Student Services at the UW–Madison School of Pharmacy supports and enhances the academic experience of all prospective and current Doctor of Pharmacy students in a welcoming environment. We develop innovative programming and provide comprehensive services through our recruitment, admissions, academic advising, professional and career development, and retention activities.

Schedule:
Generally Monday-Friday during selected office hours between 7 AM and 5 PM. Approximately 10-12 hours per week.

Qualifications:
-Schedule availability. -Prior experience in an office setting preferred but not required.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. -Strong verbal and written communication skills. -Ability to maintain high-level of detail. -Excellent professional, interpersonal and organizational skills to collaborate effectively with a diverse group of faculty, staff, and students.
Position Summary/Job Duties:
This position supports the School of Pharmacy's Student Services Office. Tasks include: staffing the front desk (greeting students, staff, and visitors); answering any phone calls, providing administrative support to advising and admission services, data entry, assisting with projects as needed, and assisting with events as needed (set-up/clean-up)
Physical Demands:
Minor lifting may be involved (event set-up and clean up).
