Position Summary/Job Duties:
Badger Precollege will hire one individual to coordinate administrative tasks in our residential programs for students ranging 6th through 12th grade. This position works alongside our Residential Director (RD) and Residential Assistants (RA). Whereas the RD has oversight of larger residence hall operation, and the RA has direct student supervision and activities as their main responsibilities, the Residential Systems Coordinator (RSC) takes on the administrative responsibilities that allow the rest of the team to operate efficiently. Things like producing rosters, updating lists, maintaining student check-out and check-in processes are a small part of what this position entails. This is a new position and a great candidate will have an attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing needs. As a live-in position, similar to our RA and RD positions, the RSC will be involved in the day to day operations of the program and help facilitate by organizing logistical problems, and anticipating roadblocks yet to come up. This position will also act as a leadership position similar to the RD, and report to the Program Manager. There are no staff supervisory expectations, but close collaboration with team members will be essential. A large portion of this position is identifying gaps in programming, duty schedules, student supervision coverage, and supply organization/management. This position will arrive one and a half weeks prior to residential training to ensure they are familiarized with systems, expectations, and program operations. Part of this pre-programming arrival is direct training from Program Manager and Residential Director. *This position will start with virtual training and onboarding in April and/or May. Actual start dates of virtual training vary by position and are flexible based on the successful candidate's schedule. It is then expected for successful candidates to be on-site for further training and staff and program orientation on or around June 7, 2027. Priority Application Window closes at 11pm on Friday October 26, 2026. After the application window closes, applications that meet the qualifications will be invited to a virtual interview, followed by an in person interview or second virtual interview. The regular decision application window will open only after the priority search has ended with no successful candidate.
