Qualifications: |
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or content related field - 2 years of teaching experience with K-12 students preferred. Student teaching experience will be considered. - Graduate level coursework, completed or in progress, is preferred. - Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver engaging content to middle school students is preferred. - Energetic approach to learning - Strong communication skills and ability to work well with students, administration, and support staff - Experience meeting the needs of all students - Respect for individual differences and individuality. |

Position Summary/Job Duties: |
Instructor and curriculum designer for the Insights into Engineering Fields of Study course for the Badger Summer Scholars program. Program dates are July 20- August 1, 2025. The instructor’s main role in the program is to design curriculum and be a teacher and a facilitator of learning. Instructors can expect to work with a class size of up to 16 high school students.
