• Scanning daily documents, sending to appropriate parties, filing of documents • Assisting with staffing related items o Monitoring of Teams chats o Communicating of staffing needs o Taking phone calls o Entering schedules for team members • Completing schedule updates in MyTime for team members • Attendance tracking • Data/report collection from MyTime • Organizing of office supplies and establishing method for supply ordering |
