- Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program for Fall 2025 - Must satisfy a criminal background check - Successfully complete I-9 verification - At least one year of relevant work experience. Relevant experience may include student employment. - Comfortable with MS Office suite - Speak fluent English, verbal communication, and phone skills |

Position Summary/Job Duties: |
This position provides administrative support to researchers working in the Clinical Core of the Wisconsin Alzheimer's Disease Research Center (ADRC). The successful candidate will be responsible for sending and tracking reminder letters and questionnaires, reminder phone calls to participants, prepping/sending condolence and appreciation cards, assisting with data entry and query monitoring, assisting ADRC coordinators with visit related preparation and follow up, training new student employees, performing quality checks of data entry, and other tasks in support of the program and staff. |
