WSB Precollege Graduate Assistant in Not Remote
WSB Precollege Graduate Assistants (GA’s) will support the supervision of WSB Precollege Student Leaders (PSL’s) as well as oversee all aspects of WSB Precollege Summer Day camps; Business Basics and Junior Business Badgers and Bridge to BEL residential program. GA’s will provide guidance, ensure safety, leadership, and serve as mentors to PSL’s. Graduate Assistants will live in residential hall with program participants and PSL's during the duration of the residential program, Bridge to BEL. Other duties will include leading evening and weekend programs to expand scholars’ knowledge in college readiness, study skills, leadership, team work, and personal development. Graduate Assistants will maintain frequent, ongoing communication, both in person and via phone/text, with all Summer Staff and Leadership team.

Events and Live Entertainment Intern in Partially Remote
The Rigby is hiring an Events & Live Entertainment Intern to help plan and manage our in-house programming, private bookings, and live music lineup. You’ll gain hands-on experience coordinating weekly events, assisting with artist bookings, supporting promotions, and connecting with the local community. You’ll work closely with ownership and the marketing team to ensure our calendar stays packed and our promotions stay current. You’ll also have the chance to explore AI tools to streamline outreach and planning tasks. If you show strong initiative and results, you may be invited to help launch a new consulting business focused on local marketing and event strategy. What You’ll Do • Coordinate weekly in-house events (karaoke, trivia, theme nights) • Assist with booking live music and managing performer logistics • Help plan and organize private and charity events • Support neighborhood marketing and street-level promotions • Collaborate with the social media intern to prepare content • Track interest and assist with outreach for future consulting clients • Use AI tools to brainstorm event ideas and draft outreach messages What We’re Looking For • Passion for live entertainment, events, and local business • Strong communication, organization, and follow-through • Comfort talking to performers, clients, and vendors • Detail-oriented with a creative mindset • Bonus: experience with Canva, Google Drive, or AI tools like ChatGPT

Tutor for the UW Prison Education Initiative in Not Remote
The UW Madison Prison Education Initiative is seeking 1-3 undergraduate or graduate students to work as academic tutors at the Oakhill Correctional Institution. Academic Tutors will provide in-person 1:1 and small group tutoring and study skills coaching for students enrolled in a variety of courses. MUST BE AVAILABLE to work in-person on wednesdays 1:30-4:30 pm.
