Schedule:
A Barista works at least 12 hours a week with a biweekly, rotating weekend schedule. A schedule should include at least 1 weekend shift and 1 closing shift.
Scheduling is flexible and based on academic availability and operational need.
Summer hours available based on operational need.
Salary/Wage Range:
Hourly $15.00 to $15.00

Position Summary/Job Duties:
A Dining & Culinary Services Barista is responsible for greeting guests and preparing high quality specialty drinks and coffee beverages for customers in Bean & Creamery locations. Baristas provide exceptional customer service with the goal of making guests feel welcome and satisfied.
Prepare coffee beverages and specialty drinks for customers and guests.
Provide product knowledge and information about menu items
Stock display case and rotate merchandise as needed
Clean and sanitize work area regularly
Maintain calm demeanor during periods of high volume.
Provide excellent customer service; anticipate and respond to customer needs.
Operate cash register/POS system
Be a part of a welcoming, respectful food service experience.
Other duties as assigned.
